About us
TransCIP was formed at the beginning of 2020. It commenced after an extensive search to find a CIP that could wash tankers and meet all the modern-day requirements of the local food and dairy industry had been unsuccessful. Consequently, after many discussions regarding the advancements that would be included the extensive design process commenced. The objective of building a product that would meet every requirement of the industry while in turn reducing the demand on services, water, and waste had started the path to reality. This resulted in the purpose built TransCIP CIP for the Australian and New Zealand food and dairy industry. We were determined to provide the industry with the features and functionality that it sought and supported this with a robust reporting function that will exceed the requirements of any auditing authority. Other features of the new design are the ability to ensure the optimum pressure and chemical strength at every spray ball on any combination. This guarantees the best possible mechanical and chemical clean. Another key objective was to have a suite of instruments across the unit which allows the different stages of the CIP recipe to conclude due to a desired output rather than being a time-based circuit. This function can save resources and time. Which are very important to all of us as we strive to be more energy efficient. As you may tell we can continue to talk about all the many features as this project has been fuelled by passion. In September 2021, our first 4 stand unit was installed at McColl’s Transport depot in Dennington. The unit is performing exceptionally well with all the design enhancements functioning as anticipated. With the capability to wash 2 B Doubles simultaneously it has shortened turnaround times and increased productivity. The design has created great interest amongst the industry. With the TransCIP ownership including an engineer and a mechanic it allows us to be nimble and flexible so that we can meet customers needs. We design and build our CIP units ourselves to guarantee quality and functionality. With TransCIP ownership spread across Australia and New Zealand we are thrilled to be involved in onshore manufacturing.
